Police allegedly seized methamphetamine with an estimated street value of more than $110,000 during a car and house search in Geraldton yesterday.
Police allege they found suspicious items in a Holden Commodore utility during a vehicle stop on Chapman Road about 2pm.
They then executed a search warrant on a Sanford Street home.
There they allegedly found 110 grams of meth, two extendable batons, a flick knife, a crossbow, small quantities of cannabis and MDMA, drug paraphernalia and more than $1700 in cash.
A 34-year-old Geraldton man has been charged with four counts of possessing a prohibited weapon, one count of possessing a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply, one count of possessing stolen or unlawfully obtained property and one count of having ready access to weapons and illegal drugs.
He is expected to appear before Geraldton Magistrate’s Court today.
