Warranties
The Listener represents and warrants to the radio station, its servants, agents, and employees that:
1. The video is the Listener’s original work;
2. The Listener is the sole author of the video;
3. The video does not infringe the copyright of any third party;
4. The video does not contain any material which is defamatory of any person or which could give rise to an action or claim (either directly or indirectly) for libel, defamation, injurious falsehood, misleading or deceptive conduct or otherwise against the radio station on the listener.
 
Indemnity
The Listener indemnifies the radio station its servants, employees and agents and keeps them indemnified, against any loss or damage (including legal or other costs) suffered by them as a result of any breach of warranty by the Listener.
