THE BEST OF BROOME
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions apply for the BEST OF BROOME competition
on Spirit 102.9 Broome to be run between March 5, 2012 and April 5, 2012. The
final prize winners will be announced between 6am and 9 am on Wednesday, April
16, 2012 on the Spirit 102.9
Copies of these Terms & Conditions can be collected at the
Spirit 102.9 at 27-29 Dampier Terrace, Broome or at www.spiritradio.com.au
METHOD OF ENTRY
This is a competition of chance that gives listeners the opportunity to
register for two Major Prizes. Only entries fully completed on the official
entry form will qualify. The entry form
will be published in the Broome Advertiser, Entry forms are also available from
participating sponsors: Bali Hai Resort
& Spa, Cool Change at the Boulevard and Paspaley Plaza,
Town Beach Café, Eagle Boys, the Mangrove Resort Hotel,. Entrants can enter as many times as they like
on official entry forms.
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
The major prize draw will be conducted on Friday April 15,
2012 and will be announced on the same
day. The winner will be chosen at random. The judge’s decision will be
final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE DETAILS
The major prize component consists of:
$1029 to be awarded to one entrant to be paid in the form of EFT
Transfer.
1) PRIZE CONDITIONS
If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 years, that winner must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian to collect their prize.
It is a condition of entry of this competition that the major prize winner must
execute these Terms & Conditions.
USE OF PHOTOS etc
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that SPIRIT Broome
has the right to publicise their names, characters, likeness or voices for any
promotion or matter incidental to the competition. The winner may also be
required to participate in a photo,
video and/or film session and acknowledges SPIRIT BROOME has the right to use
such publicity photos, video and/or films in any medium/website and in any
reasonable manner it sees fit, unless the contestant advises SPIRIT BROOME at
the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her
anonymity.
It is a condition of entering this competition that contestants consent to
their telephone and other conversations with SPIRIT BROOME being broadcast on
air.
INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify REDWAVE MEDIA LIMITED (ACN 083 553
860), against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of
any prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited
to) damage to property, personal injury whether direct or consequential, due to
some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
MISCELLANEOUS
The major prize winner will be contacted via telephone to redeem their prize.
Employees of REDWAVE MEDIA, and ALL ASSOCIATED SPONSORS, their immediate
families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with devising or promotion
of this competition are ineligible to enter.
The promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at
any time throughout the promotion.
SPIRIT BROOME and REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD will not be responsible or liable if
for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not
provided.
In all matters all decisions of REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD staff will be final and
cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
